By booking a stay at our property or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service or agreeing to receive offered downloads, videos, or other media. These terms outline the expectations and policies for guests, communications, and bookings made directly with us or through our network of partners.

2. Booking & Payment

• All reservations require a valid payment method at the time of booking.
• Cancellations and refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, provided at the time of booking.
• Direct bookings may include exclusive offers, and by booking directly, you agree to receive relevant communications from us.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must respect property rules, check-in/out times, and local regulations.
• Any damages caused by guests or their invitees are the responsibility of the booking party.
• Excessive noise or violations of community guidelines may result in immediate eviction without refund.

4. Communication & Marketing

• We engage in email and messenger marketing to provide newsletters, ebooks, brochures, downloads, offers, updates, and information relevant to lodging and travel.
• Contact information is never shared, sold, or distributed to third parties.
• Guests may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

5. Liability & Indemnification

• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during your stay.
• Guests agree to hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their stay or use of our services.
